Therapeutic Yoga to Help You Sleep Better

Most people who want to sleep better naturally have tried yoga or meditation. In my experience as a Sleep & Well-being Coach, only about half find these practices useful.

That’s because when it comes to sleep & barriers to it (like stress, anxiety, mind-chatter, etc.), one has to choose & sequence these techniques skillfully.

Fortunately, I’m also trained in Yoga therapy. It’s here that I learned how to use yoga & meditation to address specific conditions & symptoms.

If you’re a beginner or have previously disliked classes, welcome!

You’ll benefit regardless of your size, condition, limitations, or injuries.

You’ll calm all layers of your system: body, breath, mind, & emotions, so you feel restful.

What participants say:

“Kali explains & describes poses well so that beginners can feel comfortable & competent. She’s great at describing alternate ways of getting the same benefit or stretch without stressing knees, backs, etc. I always feel good when we’re finished.”

“My biggest takeaway that I learned from Kali is to respect & meet myself where I am. Her yoga classes were the highlight of my week. I left feeling appreciative & more connected to my body.”

“Kali is in the top 10% of instructors I’ve experienced. You can immediately tell she has a deep understanding of the human body & how to SAFELY build strength, flexibility & release tension through movement & breath.”

“Kali’s a fantastic teacher. She helps you adapt so you can work within your physical limitations & is nonjudgmental about your abilities or lack thereof. I particularly like the mind-body-spirit integration & the use of breathing & meditation . . . I feel great afterwards.”

“Kali really taught us, on a level I have never experienced in a ‘yoga class’ before. She is clearly both very knowledgeable & experienced and shares what she learned from many teachers & her own experiences, to help us avoid mistakes as she had or as she has seen others make that can cause injury.”

“Kali has a wonderful vocal quality for teaching yoga – her voice is soft, calm, &  relaxing.”
