Monthly Therapeutic Yoga & Meditation Classes

This 4-week series is helpful for everyone. Even if you’re a beginner, have injuries / limitations, or have disliked yoga or meditation before, I invite you to give it a try!


Gently move your body to gain relief from the nagging aches & pains of everyday life (e.g., in neck, shoulders, back, hips, etc.).

Become attentive to, change & expand your breathing, to help let go of stress & begin to focus your mind.

Release excess energy from your body & settle your mind in preparation for sleep.

With consistent attendance, increase your stress resilience during the day & more easily surrender to sleep at night.


Live classes are on Zoom, Thursdays 7-8 pm ET. They are recorded & available for 15 days afterwards.

If you’re new or it’s been awhile, you’ll need to complete this form before joining the first class.

If you’ve not been to class before or you don’t want a commitment, sign up for a single month.

If you’ve been a participant for awhile or want to stay committed, consider a subscription.
