I attended Kali’s Sleep webinar because sleep advice is typically quick, temporary fixes. I still have problems & was interested in some new insights. Kali gave several techniques I could use to achieve relaxing and restorative sleep, which supported the “out of the box” way she’s looking at this wide-spread craving. As a result of attending, I’m also cutting back on night school classes to dedicate more time to relaxation and sleep.
