Kali is AWESOME! She tailored a practice specifically for me–my health and fitness goals and my “on the go busy lifestyle.” I use my practice to this day, especially the breathing ones, for sleep and stress. Kali also fine-tuned my yoga poses that I’d been practicing for years and it really made a difference–putting less stress on my wrist and elbows, allowing me to go deeper into the stretches.
