You may not actually have a problem with sleep.

It’s natural to have an “off” night every now & again.

This is especially true if you’re experiencing some temporary stress.

For example, from a move, a job change, the start or end of a relationship, a health concern in your family, etc.

Knowing this is normal can help you keep a few nights of poor sleep from turning into something chronic.

That’s because in many cases, worrying too much about sleep is what helps create an ongoing problem.

Do what you can to take the very best care of yourself during the daytime, but in general, avoid napping. One bad night might even help you get better rest the next!
