Sleep coaching isn’t appropriate for everyone, so the doorway to working with me privately is the Clarity Call. In it, we’ll talk briefly about your sleep struggles and I’ll share some thoughts about how you might proceed. (Note this might be a referral to a doctor/therapist. There is never any pressure to enroll in a sleep coaching program.)
